HOLIDAYS Busy during the Holidays? Here are some tips to help you stay on track with your health and fitness goals!
Make small changes:
Cut back on soda.
Eat smaller portions of your favorite holiday delights.
Drink more water.
Take the stairs while shopping.
Beat the parking traffic and walk to shop.
Make these changes into healthier habits.
No time to go to the gym?
Fit in 15-minute at-home workouts to your daily schedule.
Do short workouts any time: during movie night, while cooking, whenever!
Any exercise is better than no exercise!
Holidays are all about the meals and celebrating with your loved ones. So keep in mind:
If you know you’re going to a dinner party at night, have a lighter meal during the day.
Food is meant to be enjoyed, so pick the dish that you like the most as your main meal of the day and enjoy healthier options for other portions.
Focus on the importance of the holidays: spend quality time with loved ones.
Slow down and enjoy each bite of your favorite meals.
