Vaquero Wellness (March 2017)

Vaquero Wellness

by Erin Calderone

Thanks to our Guild, the Health Benefits Committee, Board of Trustees and GUSD, the wellness program has begun! Vaquero Wellness is a project designed to help improve the health and overall well-being of students, faculty and staff at Glendale Community College. Your hopes and dreams of staff/faculty hours in the fitness center, increased healthy options in the cafeteria and stress-reducing workshops have come true. Many of you may not know all of the activities and services that GCC employees can take advantage of to improve their health, fitness and wellness, so I have outlined many below. Don’t miss out on these opportunities right outside your office door!
