The Hunger Scale

This is a great tool to use when wanting to be more mindful at the table.  It can help reduce over eating, physical discomfort, as well as not allowing yourself to get to 1 or 2 because that can get you to 10 really quickly.

You can also stay healthy this Thanksgiving by paying attention to what you cook:

Black Friday & Cyber Monday

Black Friday and cyber Monday deals are starting early so you may want to begin budgeting and making a list of things that will be sought after. Creating a list makes the experience action oriented and will lay the framework to stick to our goals. The budget and list may seem like a task now, but your wallet will thank you later especially in the event additional tariffs are imposed on December 15.

“On average, shoppers expect to spend $1,007.24 each. Of that, they'll spend $637.67 on gifts. Another $215.04 will go for food, decorations, flowers, and greeting cards. They'll also spend $154.53 to take advantage of the seasonal deals and promotions.”
