glendale-edu.zoom.us is an online conferencing service provided for GCC students and connects with Canvas. Faculty can use glendale-edu.zoom.us and Class to virtually meet with students in real-time, any time. glendale-edu.zoom.us is the GCC version of zoom.
Students access glendale-edu.zoom.us via their Canvas sites. The link for glendale-edu.zoom.us is located on the left side menu of each course's Canvas page. Basically, when instructors create glendale-edu.zoom.us accounts, they can schedule synchronous online meetings with their students and invite them to join. Students receive these invitation links in their emails or calendars. Once an invitation link is clicked on, the ConferZoom application will open automatically in students' devices, and students can join the meeting. Students do not necessarily need to create ConferZoom accounts if they're not hosting meetings.
