WHAT: Communications is responsible for the campus-wide branding of the college, including marketing, social media, advertising, and media relations efforts. The office is also responsible for the design and creation of collateral material for the district and the Foundation. They assist with social media templates, photo and video requests & release forms, and self-service toolkits (i.e. business card request forms).

WHAT: Duplication allows multiple copies of documents via request. Please drop off a photocopy request in person, with a printout of the document(s) and a Duplicating Request Form (please allow 24-48 hours for duplication orders, especially for large orders). Email orders are also available, simply attach the document(s) that need to be copied in an email along with a completed Duplicating Request Form (please allow a minimum 24-hours for email duplication requests).

WHAT: Glendale College Guild is local number 2276 of the American Federation of Teachers and an affiliate of the California Federation of Teachers. It has been serving the faculty, including teachers, counselors, librarians, nurses and other non-instructional teaching staff, of the Glendale College District since 1972.

WHAT: On-campus and remote health support system, with daily services like first aid and long-term services like mental wellness counseling; health needs like flu shots or immunization shots are available for free or low cost.

WHAT: Human Resources is available to answer general HR questions and assist employees with processing paperwork including payroll, retirement, and benefits. They require an appointment in advance with a team member if there is a specific question or concern, regardless of how the meeting is scheduled (in-person or over Zoom).

WHAT: ITS Helpdesk is the primary point of contact for all GCC technology needs including managing user and email accounts, reviewing faculty hardware and software orders, and checking out multimedia equipment. The LB113 office also serves as a faculty workspace, with desktop computers, printers & Scantron machines.

WHAT: Librarians provide research help, free information competency workshops, and instruction to support courses at GCC. The Library also gives access to books, articles, databases, media, and open educational resources (OER) to support research of all kinds. WHAT: This is a community Little Free Library with books, journals, and magazines on all topics. Take a book or leave a book! Free for all, so stop on by.
WHAT: Faculty and staff mailboxes for physical mail, including campus flyers and administrative communication
WHAT: Student support systems include APIDA (Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American) community, Black Scholars community, La Comunidad (Latinx students), college and university tours, mentoring programs, counseling services, and career services.

WHAT: Staff and faculty can join health, nutrition, and exercise workshops for free that focus on physical health & emotional well-being.
