OneSearch is a tool that can be used to find articles related to election issues in databases. Watch the video below to learn more about how to search for election information using OneSearch. For information about individuals and their proposals, use this tool to search using their name. If you want information on their position on a particular issue, search using their name and the name of the issue, for example, Alex Padilla AND justice reform.
The Library subscribes to some databases that are not included in OneSearch, or only partially included. The two listed below are particularly useful for topics related to voting and elections.
A database of in-depth, authoritative reports on a full range of political and social-policy issues extending back to 1923.
Pro and con articles about controversial issues. Includes topic overview, primary source documents and statistics.
