Kanopy is a streaming media platform that offers a high-quality range of content that includes films, documentaries, and specialized academic content. The diversity found in their service allows us to provide voices not found in any other streaming services.

Currently Licensed Kanopy Titles & Expiration Dates
Access is through the GCC Portal in addition requires signing up for an individual account using the GCC Kanopy link found in our Databases A - Z. Once an account is created using your GCC email, you can use glendale.kanopy.com to access our films.
GCC doesn't provide access to the entire Kanopy collection. Contact the library to see if any film, with expected use of 60+ times over one year, is available for licensing.
GCC licensed films are noted when the film is found, along with an expiration date. While the Library monitors our licenses, if you see a film you use nearing the end of the license, please let us know if should be relicensed.
Many films now include trailers that are free to preview and help determine if it fits into your syllabus.
