The creation of the Copyright Task Force was approved by the Academic Senate on May 19, 2022, and it convened in Fall 2022. The Task Force's main order of business is to oversee the revision of AR3750 (Use of Copyrighted Materials).
The Copyright Task Force determined the following three priorities for its work. The completion of each these tasks will be guided by balancing the interests and academic freedom of faculty and students with the district's interests.
