warm up question

Take 2 minutes to think and write on your handout about the last time you needed to find information or answer a question about something.

  • First, think about "How do you usually find information online?” and write down what you normally do.
  • Second, ask yourself “How do you know if it’s good information?" and write down your own definition of "good information".

We will then take 2 minutes to share out some of the answers. You don't have to share but it is helpful to reflect on your current research process (how you find and make sense of information online).
