This guide is a cooperative project between the GCC Library and GCC's mental health counseling faculty. Designed to provide GCC students with access to mental health resources, navigate the pages on the left to explore topics and resources related to anxiety, depression, sleep, stress reduction, meditation, mindfulness, mental health education, crisis lines, and support groups.
