Glendale Community College offers two tracks for the nurse assistant training program. The first is a day offering which is 15 weeks, and the evening course which is 16 weeks. Both courses are comprised of 60 classroom hours, and 100 clinical hours for a total of 160 hours of training. Students are required to attend all classes and pass with an 75% or better to be eligible to take the California state exam for licensure as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Clinical hours are required and are held at a facility in Montrose, California.
