4 Factors Used to Determine Fair Use
PURPOSE: What do you want to do? Is it non-commercial?  Is your USE transformative?
NATURE OF WORK: Is it factual? Is it published?
HOW MUCH: How much of the work do you want to use?
MARKETS: Could your use result in lost sales for the owner? What would happen is everyone used the work as you plan to do?
