Public libraries responded to COVID-19 by making it easier to obtain an electronic library card (eCard). You can use an eCard to access digital resources including ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, films, TV, homework help, online classes, and more.

If you live in Los Angeles County and need a library card, you can get immediate access to the LAPL collections without first having to visit a Los Angeles Public Library location through an e-card. click here to do so.
